The Butterfly Effect, as explained by Justin Miller, involves the strategic use of invisible elastic bands to create stunning visual effects with playing or business cards. The core principle is based on finding the tension point on the band, allowing it to stretch and generate various movements. By strategically positioning the card and leveraging the elasticity of the band, Justin demonstrates how the card can spin, flutter, and seemingly move with the slightest touch or blow.
