Mental Matches 2.0 builds on the concept of the original trick. In this version, the magician presents a matchbook to a spectator and invites them to name a number between zero and ten. The magician then opens the matchbook to show the spectator that there are no matches inside. However, when the spectator's chosen number is revealed, the magician produces that exact number of matches from a seemingly empty hand.
