This is a routine that Craig has been performing for years. Basically a card is selected and lost in the deck. There is no control and there is no force. The magician then tells the spectator the name of their card before showing there is one odd backed card in the deck which is the spectators selected card. Instantly the card changed back to the normal colour and you are ready to go into another routine. Amongst other things this trick is very easy to do
